Month end is upon us!

As the month ends we all start worrying about the next, to hell with the next month!
At least grant yourself a day of peace after all the bills and problems of the month.

Start every month on a clean slate- get a routine , stick to the routine and only change it when it's an improvement on your life.

I realize a lot of people don't have the luxury to just chill as the month starts because they already start it with debt. To you, I'm sorry, I've been there.

How The Hell Do You Miss It!?

Firstly, I'm super sad that I didn't even know there was such a thing as national Tequila day...

Dammit South Africa! Always talking about shit like the EFF political party (Economic Food Fighters) but forgetting to let people in on the real important stuff!

I don't care about Mr. JuJu, he can go eat all the pap and pastrami he wants! I want to know about the important things in the world, things like Tequila Day, Dan Bilzerian and Mad Max!

Secondly, the hell kind of lifestyle does this Dan have... As a guy who really loves his life... I kinda feel sad when I see how D.B lives. Very sad, very jealous. He proves money does buy happiness!

It's a sad day realizing you missed Tequila day, Julius Malema has a political party and you're not Dan Bilzerian!

I Would Die!

The winter in South Africa is lasting longer than ever before, or it seems so at least.

I would not have made it through if I did not have my Vitamin C!

Now after having my VitC, I'll have some coffee and get to work!

Got My Car Back After 2 Years

My Jetta 1.8 Is Back!!

She was lost but she has returned!

She returned wounded but some T.L.C and I'm sure I can get her back to her former glory!

A car with a history like this one does not end up on the trash dump, not if I can help it!

We have to think about this rationally, this is a Jetta 1980 something but it's a Volkswagen! Das Auto!

This car has started it's journey with my Grandmother even before my parents got married.

It survived with me for 2 years when I was a student.

It survived being shot at and driven into probably everything by the people who stole her!

Now, now she gets to rest in my yard where I can slowly nurse her back to health!

As you can see, she is clearly not in the best shape...

Seems the wheel is a goner, guess it would be the best place to start with the repairs.

I counted something like 7 bullet holes, this car can't die!

Also I think she might have been standing there a while.. or the birds really don't like her!

As you can see by the right light they did at least try fixing something they broke. It's not even a Jetta head light but okay!

Like I said, she stood there a while... damn birds.

Well to be fair this door always gave me problems, but it could close when I had her.

I loved this car when I had her and even now, broken and shot up as she is, I missed her for 2 years and now I get to make her my hobby!

I'll be fixing her up, part by part. Day by day over the next few months.

Can't wait to get started!

When the lazy work hard

I am so lazy

When the work being done is for someone else!

Normally I would not spend even two hours on mowing the lawn or trimming a tree if it was for someone else, even if they did pay me way above the fair amount. Growing up I worked my ass off on our plot in hartbeespoort, planting and removing trees, digging dams etc.

Now I realize I actually did the minimum as when I went to school or made as if I had homework my step dad and staff would still be going at it. Oh the good old days!

I am now currently busy renovating our backyard in Pretoria, cleaning a trash dump and trees that were literally there before I was even born. I don't have homework, I don't have school, I work for myself and I am truly screwed when I get tired as the staff also magically disappear as soon as I can't see them anymore.

So, I have to keep working, keep directing and keep up to date with my business all at the same time just because I'm just to selfish to pay people to stand and look at the work needing to be done.

There is of course an upside as I have two partners who can manage the business without me when I am working in the yard and they don't mind it at all as the yard is where our office is. That's of course when I get even more tired because I know they are sitting in a room having coffee while working and I'm outside in the sun, dust and sweating as if I'm back at school and our rugby coach decided to have us do laps.

Anyway let's get back to my point...

I am a very lazy person and I don't really want to do work where I get dirty and my hands are full of blisters.

Then I get this VISION in my head of how amaze-balls it all will look when I'm done... 

Energy grows, you work harder, faster and boom it's lunch time. Try getting back into that pace after stuffing yourself with your mom's awesome chicken mayo sandwiches, it ain't easy!

Now after that hard ass working day you get home. You greet your dogs. You grab a super steaming shower and just chill out, now is when you are so pleased and proud that you write about it in your blog.

All in all a good day with awesome results.

Of Blood And Invoker!

As you know Invoker is my favorite Dota hero, now having a Bloodseeker in your team while playing Invoker just makes the sunstrikes so gosh damn epic!

The enemy team has to be focused on dodging the whole time and Inni just gets kills top, left and center!

All because of this somewhat plain ability Blood has, Thirst.

Thirst: Enables Bloodseeker to sense enemy Heroes with health below a certain percentage wherever they are, giving him vision of that unit, increased movement speed and increased damage. Bonuses stack per Hero. Bloodseeker gains True Sight of enemy Heroes below half their visiblity threshold.

So because of a Blood I had in my team I'll just have to give the Bio of the hero.

Strygwyr the Bloodseeker is a ritually sanctioned hunter, Hound of the Flayed Twins, sent down from the mist-shrouded peaks of Xhacatocatl in search of blood. Smoke Break Work

Putting My Smoke Break To Better Use

As I'm conflicted in where to place my energy and time I've come up with a plan.

I will now carry on with my normal work while I sort out the building material during my smoke breaks, this of course won't be possible on the days I do personal sales.

Doing the personal sales is the biggest strain as I need to get my whole attitude ready as well as wear neat clothes which I don't really do during normal days. Although some say wearing a suit even while working from home increases your productivity I'm just not that person... yet.

The Rage Quit

If you're playing an online team game... DO NOT RAGE QUIT!

Seriously guys and girls if you cant handle a team game go play something that's single player, all you are doing is ruining the game for all the other players.

I now lost a game because you quit and didn't even have the decency to disconnect the game and cause it to not count, I mean it's the least you could do. Get an abandon don't go sit in the fountain and blame others that you're bad!

I start my day with Dota so I can start my day off on a good note and now you ruined it. Damn rage quitters!

They should create something to see if people rage quit and punish them accordingly!

Forcing Dota2 into my professional life

Day By Day, Match By Match

As I go day by day, hour by hour working with my partners to achieve the success of our business I sometimes feel the whole thing to be somewhat similar to a Dota2 match.

We all have our roles to play and without the support of each partner I don't think we'll ever succeed.

Getting together planning a strategy, working out the budget and/or discussing current events will ultimately be useless if our carry is busy in the bush during our team fights.

For now we run it as if we are at the start of the match and still need to get our experience.

I realize the experience is needed for a late game victory but I'd prefer a domination from the start.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, don't fear. I rarely know what I'm talking about, all I'm saying is my mind is possessed by either Dota2 or Goldenproducts... Let's hope it's work!

Finally we get to take a break!

*BUZZZ* wrong answer! As an entrepreneur you never get a break until you have succeeded far enough to deserve a break.

Don’t misunderstand me now, there’s nothing wrong with the occasional day off to see a grandmother in a different state but when it’s a Friday night and you’re having a barbecue with friends you get to bring up your business and bring it up in a manner where you’re proud of it and sharing your success. If it’s not that successful just FAKE IT ‘Till YOU MAKE IT. This does not mean go spend money you don’t have, this means act as if your business or product is popular, people always want to be associated with popular things, i.e. Apple, Google, Game of Thrones.

My day was full of work and tonight I get to brag about my accomplishments, I get to share the products I sold today and by doing this I might just be creating a client in one of my friends.

So let’s all go out and have a great weekend but keep in mind you might have a product or service your friends might be interested in hearing about, you might get a sale and you might make a future client with whom you might already have a good relationship with.
